About the workshop
We started as two people with one microscope and a soldering station on a kitchen table. Today it is three benches split by device type, our own drawer of small parts and a queue that runs a week ahead. We repair what the official service centres tell you to replace outright: the board, the connector, the ribbon cable, rather than the whole device.
Who does the work
Three benches, each with its own table and its own tools. A device goes to the bench that handles its type, and whoever there is free picks it up. You cannot book a particular technician, but everyone on the bench can see the history of your repair.

Enter from the courtyard: the archway between the tyre shop and the copy centre, second door on the left, marked «Ремонт». Eight minutes on foot from Mayakovskaya metro.
What is inside
Both the counter and the workshop: all three benches are behind the wall from reception. You can wait for a simple job — four chairs and power sockets, with coffee across the road.

Street level, entrance directly from the avenue, next door to a bank branch. Five minutes from Petrogradskaya metro.
What is inside
Intake and handover only, with no workshop on site: devices go to Liteyny on the evening run. In exchange the queue is shorter and parking is easier.
