Plans

Three plans, differing in their limits and in what they include. Everything on a cheaper plan is on the dearer ones too, so there is no grid of ticks here — each feature says which plan it starts on.

Start

2,900 RUBper month. A year up front is 29,000 RUB — 5,800 RUB less.

One product and a small team: your first dashboards, your first funnels, your first argument about what counts as a sign-up.

Limits

Events
100,000 events per month
Seats
3 seats
Projects
1 project
Data retention
6 months
Extra seat
Not sold — the way up is the next plan
Event overage
None — collection stops until the first of the month

New on this plan

  • Autocapture
  • Custom events and properties
  • User profiles
  • Dashboards
  • Funnels
  • Roles

Team

  • Most teams take this one

9,900 RUBper month. A year up front is 99,000 RUB — 19,800 RUB less.

A product team that already decides by the numbers and wants its events to be named consistently.

Limits

Events
1,000,000 events per month
Seats
10 seats
Projects
5 projects
Data retention
24 months

Business

29,900 RUBper month. A year up front is 299,000 RUB — 59,800 RUB less.

Several products, dedicated analysts, and a security team with questions about who can see what.

Limits

5,000,000 events per month
Seats
30 seats
Projects
20 projects
Data retention
36 months
Extra seat
700 RUB per month

When there are more people than seats

Worked out for a team of this size: 12 seats. Say your own number in the chat and we will do the same sum.

Start
They do not fit: this plan sells no extra seats
Team
11,300 RUB per month
Business
29,900 RUB per month

Cheapest is not the same as right. The plans also differ in events, in projects and in how long data is kept, and a team that has grown usually runs out of events first. Read the row together with the limits above.

What happens if more events arrive

The event limit belongs to the whole workspace and starts again on the first of the month. What happens after that depends on the plan — the example below is worked on the one that sells overage.

Overage block
100,000 events
Example: Team, 1,250,000 events in a month
2,700 RUB added to the end-of-month bill

Trial

The trial starts by itself when you sign up: no card is asked for, no invoice is issued, and nothing has to be renewed by hand.

How long it runs
14 days
Behaves like the plan
Team
Card at sign-up
Not asked for
Events for the whole period
200,000 events
Data survives afterwards for
30 days
  • The trial event allowance covers the whole period rather than a month. Burn through it in three days and you are left looking at what you already collected — none of it goes anywhere.
  • Nothing is charged at the end: there is nothing to charge. The workspace switches to read-only — reports still open, new events are no longer accepted.
  • You can pay on any day of it: the remaining days are not forfeited, and the paid period starts after them.
  • If you never pay, the workspace is eventually deleted along with its data — but not straight away. While it is still there, export works and the reports open.
  • A second trial cannot be started on the same workspace. If you ran out of time, say so in the chat and we will sort something out.

How the money works

Subscriptions run monthly or a year at a time. Prices are in roubles and final: no VAT is added, as the company is on the simplified tax regime.

A year is charged as
10 months
After a failed payment it keeps working for
7 days
Address for paperwork
documents@zamer.example
  • A year is paid in one go and comes out cheaper than paying monthly, because some of the months are not charged for. If you leave mid-year, we refund the whole unused months.
  • Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the rest of the paid period. Moving down happens at the next period, and the current one is not refunded.
  • Overage is counted in blocks, and every started block is paid for in full. On a plan without overage, collection simply stops until the first of the month — and that is the one way to lose data for good.
  • A banner in the app warns you as the limit approaches, and support writes in the chat. We make no automated calls and no mailshots.
  • If a card payment fails, the workspace keeps working for a few more days and then goes read-only. Nothing is deleted: pay, and it picks up exactly where it left off.
  • Invoices and signed paperwork go to the workspace email address — the only thing we ever send by mail. A question about a bill is still quicker in the chat: the mailbox is read by an accountant, not by support.
  • We invoice in roubles only. We cannot accept another currency — that is a limit on the bank’s side rather than a preference of ours.

How to pay

  • Card

Charged monthly or annually, on the day the subscription was taken out. The card can be changed at any point, and so can cancelling — no conversation with anybody required.

  • Invoice for a company

You raise the invoice yourself in the billing section, for whatever period you need. Closing paperwork is signed electronically; a contract is not always necessary, since the site carries a public offer — but if your company works differently, send your template to the documents address.
